When I arrived at the room, I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic it was, but unfortunately, there was a floating glass shattered on my patio, which was a bit concerning. The hotel's service, while trying to solve an issue, ended up wasting 5 hours of my day but redeeming themselves with an above-and-beyond experience to the airport. The location was gorgeous and secluded, offering a safe environment, especially to Isuaro. The dining experience was fantastic with Mediterranean dishes, and the buffet was great.
