Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort, Cancun

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff was super friendly, and the beach access was fantastic. However, it was a bit far from the show area. Personal shoutout to Gaspar, who took care of our room daily.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room I got after our first night. The view was breathtaking, and for just USD100 a night, inclusive of breakfast and taxes, it was a steal. However, the initial encounter with the staff wasn't as welcoming as expected.

The hotel offers truly amazing direct views of the sea. The rooms could use more thorough cleaning, but they provide a breathtaking outlook over the bluest waters of the gulf. The service, while helpful, lacked transparency regarding additional fees. The location is conveniently situated in the resort center, with various amenities nearby. Dining options are varied but can get overcrowded at times.

The hotel had a great location with a beach right outside and modern touches in the amenities, but the room felt outdated and damp, not reflecting a resort experience fully. The staff, helpful and fluent in English, seemed more like salespeople pitching information. The dining offered a variety, though the early closing times were inconvenient for vacationers. Despite some minor negatives, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered a view from both the pool and rooms.

The hotel offers large, clean rooms that are relatively quiet and well-insulated, but some areas are not properly cleaned. The service is polite and accommodating, although inquiries might not always receive immediate attention. The location is a mix of being away from the hustle and bustle yet close to restaurants, with a bit of a distance to downtown. The dining experience is generally good, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The facilities are decent, though some areas may feel congested and in need of more space.
